About Us

We commenced operations in June 2023 as a sustainability disclosure assurance and impact advisory services subcontractor. Initially, our focus was on delivering exceptional services to several multinational TIC (testing, inspection, and certification) firms.

Our early experiences—as subcontracted assurance providers and later as lead advisors—gave us deep insights into client sustainability operations. We noticed that medium and small-scale companies, striving to match the ESG standards of larger peers, faced unique challenges that traditional solutions failed to address.

ROSS Services is not just a company—it's a collaborative platform aligned with specific, hard-to-fill needs of the ESG assurance industry. In addition to subcontracting, we offer a broad range of services that empower both aspiring and established sustainability teams.

We Are on a Mission

We are a multi-disciplinary group of verifiers, assurance practitioners, consultants, auditors, accountants, bankers, and IT professionals.

Together, we promote stronger ESG disclosures by integrating AI and IT with skill development in sustainability, internal audit, assurance, and end-to-end data lifecycle management.

Q – Are we assurance and audit service providers?

A – No, we are not. We leave that to licensed Independent Assurance Service Providers (IASPs) and statutory audit firms. However, we are licensed to conduct such engagements ourselves.

Q – What have we set out to achieve?

A – To transform the way sustainability-related information, disclosures, claims, and data are processed, reported, and assured.

We aim to ensure all shared ESG information—used in key decisions—is accurate, credible, comparable, and scientifically grounded. This is done by adopting globally accepted reporting frameworks and leveraging IT and AI.

We also run a knowledge-sharing and training platform for ESG assurance professionals worldwide. Our goal is to bridge the best of both worlds: the rigor of financial auditing and the field-level expertise of the TIC industry.

Q – Who are sustainability assurance service providers?

A – These include:

• Statutory audit and accounting firms that operate under ISQMs (International Standard on Quality Management), ISAs (International Standards on Auditing), IESBA guidelines, and internal independence policies.
• TIC firms and consultancies governed by ISO17029:2019 (Validation/Verification Bodies) and ISO14065:2020 (Environmental Information Verification).
• Advisory firms that also provide sustainability assurance services under their own quality systems.

Each of these entities is capable of delivering IT-enabled, high-quality assurance engagements on a global scale.
